I specified three engin-generators for a client in Mumbai about 16 months ago. Powerica was given the order for three 1,750 kW units. I did a factory witness test outside of Bangalore last August. They had left off some componets that were in the specifications (water jacket heaters and prime-rated fuel filter assemblies), but promised to get them ordered and installed. That was 10 months ago, and nothing has been done. We're not contracting with Cummins India Limited to take over the upgrades. I won't order anything else from Powerica LTD. The forth engine-generator required for this site will come from elsewhere. This company should not be trusted.
